Terms

stuffs.bid is a listing and visibility service. When you use it, here's what you're actually paying for and what you're not:

• Listing is free. Bidding for the top spot is optional and one-time — set at creation, no editing or re-bidding afterward. If you paid to bid, that payment buys visibility in your category, nothing more. We don't verify your item, take a cut of what it sells for, or guarantee any buyer interest.
• Buyers pay a flat fee to unlock a seller's contact info. That payment buys a lead — nothing more. We don't verify the item exists, that the seller will respond, or that a sale happens.
• Fees aren't held in escrow — we're not a party to whatever deal you and the other person make, that happens entirely off-platform. If something genuinely breaks on our end, reach out via Support — we review every report and will issue a refund when something's actually gone wrong.
• Prohibited content: illegal items, harmful content, and anything involving sexual abuse are never allowed. Every listing is checked before it goes live, and we can remove any listing at any time, for any reason — spam, scams, or anything else that doesn't belong here.
• Every listing needs a real photo. Don't use images you don't have the right to use.

Using this site means you accept those terms. If something feels off, tell us via Support — we read every submission.
